Our stores are no longer open to customers. To help everyone stay as safe as possible, and in support of collective efforts against COVID-19, we have decided to close all our Reitmans, Penningtons, Addition Elle, RW&CO. and Thyme Maternity stores nationwide until further notice. We are truly moved by the hard work and resiliency of our devoted teams. Until further notice, all our store employees will be paid for scheduled work hours.

Since we also know that you might need to stay home for a little while with your loved ones, all our Reitmans (Canada) Limited brands are temporarily extending their return policy. You will have 30 days from store re-opening to return in-store and online purchases made since February 1st. In order to keep all of our employees as safe as possible, and in support of collective efforts against COVID-19, we have taken several measures over the past few weeks and days. We have increased our cleaning protocols in all of our workplaces and ensured that our teams are well-informed and adopting the necessary precautions to protect themselves and those around them. This includes frequent handwashing and staying home if they feel sick or have travelled outside the country. We are also enabling as many employees as possible to work from home and taking other steps to maximum social distancing at work. Despite these challenging times we are maintaining normal scheduled packing and shipping operations. However you may experience some delays from Canada Post. Please use the tracking link provided in your order shipment email to monitor your shipment.
